Are you sick and tired of pushing yourself at the gym and not seeing results? Do you not have the motivation? Have you tried ridiculous diets only to end up disappointed? Well then this blog might be just what you need..
You look at body builders and what do you see? You see massive muscle definition of course, but look deeper..There body is what years of dedication, sacrifices and struggle look like. They started off as what i like to call, a blank canvas and over the years have crafted that canvas into their definition of the perfect body.
Sure, anybody can go hard at the gym for a week, but motivation and consistency is what separates people like that from bodybuilders or extreme athletes, There are
1- Set goals, This is a must. Its the first step to making any change. Make sure they are smart goals
2- Diet! Ever herd of the expression what you put in is what you get out? Dieting is more important than your actual workouts would you believe that? around 70% diet and 30% exercise is the key to a perfect physic.
3- Exercise! Have intense 20-40min exercises instead of long sluggish ones. This keeps your heat pumping faster, giving more oxygen to your muscles which we like! Weight>reps and form over everything.
4- Stay motivated! Take before photos, strive to be the best you can be, watch motivational videos
5- Warm down all your muscles by stretching for 30-45 seconds. In the bigger picture when its all over, Take a after picture, weigh yourself ect to see your gains
